Personnel
Personnel/recorded date/master numbers confirmed with the Ruppli's discography.
Ruppli's book didn't mention about instruments - below info decided upon actual listening to this copy. UPDATE (Jun. 22, 2004) : Tony Benade-san kindly sent me an e-mail, saying “I believe his wife was the bass player on these 2 selections. His wife was Lee Morgan and later went with the name Lee Sash.”. Thanks for the info!
UPDATE (Nov. 20, 2004) :
Tony Benade-san let me know another information he has -
he says the unknown chorus group backing Leon Sash is
The Meadowlarks
(which consisted of Marie and Maury Reynaldo and Elaine Rogers and husband).
Also, the drummer was probably Harry Hawthorne,
local Chicago drummer, he says.
He also pointed out that there was a remote possibility
that the drummer could have been
Max Mariash (Art Van Damme's drummer).
UPDATE (Feb. 23, 2005) :
Leon Sash (accordion) with:
