Personnel

Personnel/recorded date/master numbers confirmed with the Ruppli's discography.
(“The Mercury Labels - A Discography” by Ruppli and Novitsky, Greenwood Press, 1993)

The Ruppli book says Aug. 22, 1949 as the recording date of these tracks, but I followed another info on “The Mercury New Orleans Sessions 1950 & 1953” (Bear Family [G] BCD-16804-BH).

Lee Allen (ts), Leroy “Batman” Rankin (ts),
Alex “Duke” Burrell (p), Jack Scott (g), George Miller (b, vo), Lester “Duke” Alexis (ds).
Recorded at National Recorders, New Orleans, LA in February 1950.
