Inside The Groove

An exiting live recording session by Mercury's country artists.

Personal Impression (and brief notes)

The year 1964 was a great year for country division of Mercury Records - they had so many chart hitters like Roy Drusky, Leroy Van Dyke, Dave Dudley, Faron Young and many more. From ordinary and traditional country kinds to very pop and progressive ones, we can enjoy on this album what the Country-Music scene of 1964 was like. A very enjoyable album.

Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)

8 out of 10
