Inside The Groove
An very interesting jam session featuring EmArcy all-stars.
Personal Impression (and brief notes)
This All-Star Jam Session captures plenty of ad-lib performance by every musician. Clifford Brown, Herb Geller, Max Roach plays so great as always. Kenny Drew's piano is also nice. BTW additional two tracks from the same session were made available on MG-36102 two years later.
Anyway, as many people have said, every note Clifford Brown has left us is precious. All of us should go further - get Complete EmArcy Recordings :)
Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)
9 out of 10
