Comments

Equivalent release: Mercury MG-20166 (mono).

One of the earliest pressings by RCA Victor's plant - sounds great!

Inside The Groove

A gorgeous summit of various percussions from left to right - comfortable arrangements with jazzy flavours.

Personal Impression (and brief notes)

David Carroll, Mercury's house arranger and director, released many his own albums. They include exotic kind, percussive kind, boring easy-listening kind and many more.

Fortunetely this album captures one of the most thrilling session, full of various percussions by Bobby Christian and five others. Although not a "Jazz" album, the sound actually is stimulating.

Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)

7 out of 10
