Equivalent release: Mercury MG-50184 (mono).

with original Mercury inner sleeve.

There is an inscription of JJ 47 on the dead wax area - this may be the initial of the engineer John Johnson. If so, this FR4/FR3 lacquers were cut by Johnson, not by Piros.
