Inside The Groove
An exciting live performance of Mr. “B”, being backed by the great Quincy Jones orchestra.
Personal Impression (and brief notes)
Mr. “B” in the sixties - the popularity was not so huge he used to get in the fourties, but his singing ability is always superb. Full of drive, follow-through and control. Also, the backing orchestra is beautifully superb - Quincy Jones' road band (featuring many talented musicians) adds another level of perfection with Quincy's great scores.
Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)
9 out of 10
