Inside The Groove
Great artist Roland Kirk's unusual album playing mainly flute.
Personal Impression (and brief notes)
This is Roland Kirk's first LP left on Limelight label, although he already left several titles on Mercury. On this album, he tried not to play saxophones but several flutes.
In short, whatever instruments he played don't matter - he always created a great spiritual and soulful music from the bottom of his own heart. Another great album by the pure genius.
Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)
10 out of 10
