Personal Impression (and brief notes)

Terry Gibbs was one of the best-selling EmArcy artists. His musical background could be good-old mainstream swing style, and this album is full of such swingy flavours. And furthermore, he is also a modern vibraphone player - his marvellous vibe technique sounds “metallic” and crisp. Although he seldom play freaky and modal phrases, he is definitely great swingy and modern player. I love this album so much.
