Inside The Groove
A collection of Dinah Washington's early 78rpm releases,
from 1946 thru 1950.
Personal Impression (and brief notes)
Dinah Washington had left so many tunes on Mercury label
(and subsidiaries) starting from 1946 thru 1961.
This 10-inch LP, a compilation of her several 78rpm releases,
captures her earliest era.
Backed up with a steady orchestra, young Dinah amazingly sings
in every tune, as we can hear from all her recordings.
Strictly Personal Rating (to what extent I could enjoy this album)
10 out of 10
