2年以上にわたって連載してきた Things I learned on Phono EQ curves, Pt.0 〜 Pt.25 の内容を、固定ページセクション フォノEQカーブの歴史 として再構築しました。連載は時系列で調査順に書かれているため、「結論だけ知りたい」「特定の論点だけ確認したい」という読者には辿りにくい面がありました。そこで、読者の問いを起点に整理し直しています。
I have restructured the contents of my two-year-plus blog series Things I learned on Phono EQ curves, Pt.0 through Pt.25 into a dedicated section: History of Phono EQ Curves. The original series was written chronologically in my research order, which made it hard for readers who just wanted a conclusion or wanted to check a specific point. The new section is reorganized starting from the reader’s questions, not from my research timeline.
In a Nutshell — 電気録音黎明期 (1925年) からRIAA策定 (1954年) を経て、ステレオLP時代までを全3ページで読める圧縮版歴史読み物。
FAQ — 「なぜRIAAで統一されたのか」「78回転盤のEQはどうだったか」など、1問1答形式で個別の論点に答えるページ群。
Research Notes — 連載 Pt.0〜25 の全体像と読み方ガイド。詳細を追いたい読者向け。
In a Nutshell — A three-page compressed history from the dawn of electrical recording (1925), through the RIAA standardization (1954), into the stereo LP era.
FAQ — One question, one answer — pages addressing individual points, such as “Why did RIAA become the standard?” or “What EQ curves were used on 78rpm records?“
Research Notes — A reading guide to the original Pt.0–25 series, for readers who want to follow the details.
なお、既存のブログ連載 Pt.0〜Pt.25 はそのまま残してあります。新セクションから各論点の根拠として参照する形にしています。
The original blog series Pt.0 through Pt.25 remains untouched. The new section references them as the underlying evidence for each point.
「フォノEQカーブの歴史」セクションは 現在も進行中のプロジェクト です。新しい FAQ 項目の追加や、過去の資料を再精査して得られた知見の反映などを継続して行っています。
The “History of Phono EQ Curves” section is still an ongoing project. I continue to add new FAQ items and to revisit past sources to incorporate new findings.
